The dreaded "" -- Easy Fix!

I am so happy to have Cindy from Cinsarah back to bring you a post from her past but I asked her to share with all my readers today.
There is nothing more that I love than getting comments from my readers -- it brightens my DAY! But the heart ache comes when I receive the comment via email and I go to make a quick reply to either thank you or answer a question you may have left and I see the replying email address is none other than the dreaded "".  This means that while I am incredibly thankful you have left me a comment, I have no way of replying back to you!!!

Just to give you an idea -- here's a snapshot of my inbox using a filter to get the number of comments I've received from "" w/in just a couple of days.

That's a whole lot of lovely comments I can't reply too :( So PLEASE follow Cindy's quick and easy tutorial so I can happily reply to you next time you leave a comment!
Take it away Cindy

Hello PB&J Stories Readers! I'm happy to be here again with another blogger tutorial! Don't remember me? That's ok! lol My name is Cindy and I blog over at Cinsarah. I love sharing anything from blogger tutorials to crafts and everything in between.

I love receiving comments and replying to them but there are some people who are "no-reply" bloggers and don't even know it! I was one of them! I was clueless and didn't even know that you could even reply to people's comments through e-mail. So I learned through another blog and it has changed my blogging life forever! (not exaggerating) If you are "no-reply" blogger or if you don't even know, would you PLEASE follow these simple steps so that Pam can reply to all your fabulous comments? I's just 3 easy steps! Promise it won't take anymore time than you already spend on Pinterest! ha Isn't Pinterest FABULOUS? Don't get me started! Ok moving on to the tutorial now....

1. Got to your dashboard and click on Edit Profile
2. Check the "show my e-mail address" box
3. Hit Save Profile
...and get ready to receive replies to your comments! :)
Loved this tutorial? You can find a couple more on my blog.
Thanks so much for having me Pam! I always love coming to your blog!

  1. Thanks for the tut! I was a no reply blogger at one time but that's because I have only been blogging for 3 mths so I knew nothing about this. Luckily I looked it up at it said to do this exact same thing. It really is nice to reply to comments now :)

  2. Great tut that many people need to know about Cindy. I've had mine set up to show my email for a long time. I agree, it's really so much easier when people allow you to see theirs. I also wish more people would remove the word verification. I don't know how many times I've hit the enter button and moved on, only to realize that my long comment didn't get posted.

  3. Thanks for this! It took me forever to find it on the new blogger set up, but finally got it set today! yay! I'm no longer a no-reply blogger! LOL

  4. Thanks for sharing this! I'm going to pin it so when people asks me how to fix it I will send them to u!!!

  5. I have this checked but I still show as a noreply.....

  9. Hi, I just got a comment from a fellow blogger saying they had tried to reply to a comment I'd left on their blog but that I was a noreply-comment person and so she couldn't. I didn't even know that was a thing. She couldn't remember how to fix it though so I did some googling and came across this post - thank you so much and who knew it was so easy! I hope you don't mind if I post about this on my blog as it is useful to know and I guess there are a lot of us out there blissfully unaware!

  10. Thank you, I've followed your directions and am hopefully no longer a no reply comment person.

Love hearing back from my readers, you make my day! Thanks, Pamela of PBJstories
