I’m off to Luckett’s Spring Market!

I cannot begin to tell you how excited I am to be headed up to Leesburg, VA for the Luckett’s Annual Spring Market!  A few years ago my husband and I lived about 45 minutes from Leesburg but I had NO clue what it was then… I’m kicking myself now.  But it’s not too far still, it’ll be about a 4 hour drive.  I’m stopping just short of that to meet up and have a slumber party with Angie from  I am SO SO excited (she’ll be my official first “blogger to”real friend” meeting!).
Her and I will be waking up early and heading to the Spring Market where I’m sure we’ll be running around like chickens with our heads cut off.  Just look at some snapshots of last year’s fair that I got from their website.

A handful of AMAZING bloggers will be up there too that I’m so so excited to meet!!!

Expect LOTS of pictures… and crazy antidotes from Angie & I of our awesome day!

Are you going? Then we NEED to know…. leave me a comment letting me know, and also Angie just started up a link party for Lucketters (I just thought of that…. expect me to call myself that all weekend).  So if you’re going join her party so we can see how many amazing people will be up that way! (BTW, side note – I just clicked over to read her post as I’m already here in this point in mine… hmmmm we seem to have been thinking similar ideas… PSH totally means we’ll click) Her and I will just be up there Saturday, but I am more than certain we can get a lot done in that one day!  Wanna know what’s dangerous… I don’t have a pre-set budget, and I don’t have a pre-set must have list that I should stick too… I’m just going to run free and be like a kid in a candy store!  PS If you can’t make it… they have a ridiculously awesome online shop and are offering free shipping this weekend!
Side Note --- I’m driving up three hours to arrive at someone’s house I’ve never met.  Is that normal? Do “normal” people do that or do us bloggers have a secret code of awesomeness that just allows us to do this?
High school would have been so much better if that was allowed back then…

If you don’t hear from me by Monday…. you know where to look, I mean she is sentencing me to the “dungeon” of her home. Which actually is a totally adorable redone guest bedroom.  Awwww the comforts of crashing a DIY’ers home.

  1. Definitely trying to get over there. I'm up in Baltimore so it's not a bad drive. Hopefully I'll see you there!

  2. Love Luckett's. I grew up around there and did not know anything about it until talking with people on the bike trial one day. I too felt stupid. Was redeemed when I realized they had never heard of Wolftrap.

    Thanks for all you do

Love hearing back from my readers, you make my day! Thanks, Pamela of PBJstories
