By accessing or using PBJ Stories ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

PBJ Stories provides AI-powered press release writing, optimization, and distribution tools. Features include an AI writing assistant, SEO analysis, media distribution network access, analytics, and branded newsroom pages. Service availability and features may vary by subscription plan.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all press releases and content you create using the Platform. By using our distribution services, you grant PBJ Stories a non-exclusive license to distribute your content to our media partner network as directed by you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to create or distribute content that is false, misleading, defamatory, illegal, or infringes on third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Payments and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Free tier users may be subject to usage limits.

7. Limitation of Liability

PBJ Stories is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period for legal compliance.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
